AARIF Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Aarif is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.96 of 2024, under Ss. 392, 411 and 34 IPC, Police Station- Vikas Nagar, District- Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 20/3/2024, at 12:47 in the noon, two motorcycle borne boys snatched the bag of the informant, which has Rs.10,000.00 and some other articles.
