JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.274 of 2023, under Ss. 8/20/60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Raipur, District- Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 3/7/2023, about 2 Kgs charas in two separate packs was recovered from the applicant, which was in strip form.
