JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Abhay Ram is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.0016 of 2023, under Sec. 2(b)(i)/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Kankhal, District- Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, have already been granted bail.
