SHAKIR HUSAIN Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Shakir Husain is in judicial custody in FIR No.425 of 2022, under Ss. 363, 366, 354, 506 IPC and Sec. 7/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, the victim, a young girl of 14 years of age, had left her house on 1/11/2022 for writing an examination, but she did not appear in the examination. Even she did not return on that date back her home.
