JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.218 of 2023, under Sec. 302 IPC, Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 3/5/2023, at 5:15 PM, the applicant attacked the deceased with a sword due to which he died.
