JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.376 of 2023, under Ss. 147, 148, 149, 307, 325, 506 IPC, Police Station Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought short term bail on the ground of illness of his father.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) It is the case of the applicant that his father is unwell; his father has been referred to higher centre, and there is no other capable member in the family.
