JUDGEMENT

(1.) An Anticipatory Bail Application (No.338 of 2024) was filed by the present applicant for grant of Anticipatory Bail under Sec. 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in connection with the First Information Report No.25 of 2020, registered at police station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) The said Anticipatory Bail Application was allowed on 16/4/2024.
