(1.) Applicant seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 209 of 2024, under Ss. 498A, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, the informant and the applicant both were married on 6/6/2020. The applicant had extra marital affairs. Therefore, he abused, and beat the informant and would also extent threat to her life.
