JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No. 188 of 2024, under Sec. 326, 341, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sahaspur, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 18/6/2024, at 9:00 in the evening when the injured was accompanying Vicky, on the way he was attacked by the applicant and one Rinku, due to which, he sustained injuries.
