JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Rihana Begum is in judicial custody in Special Sessions Trial No. 106 of 2023 in connection with FIR No. 459 of 2022, under Ss. 8/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('the Act'), Police Station Bajpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. She has sought her release on bail.

(2.) This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 1/4/2024.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
