JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 790 of 2024. Under Sec. 109, 351 (3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 16/10/2024, the applicant alongwith the co-accused opened fire on the informant, but somehow, the informant could save him.
