JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.142 of 2022,, under Ss. 363, 366, 376 IPC and Sec. 3(a)/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Kankhal, District- Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, the victim, a young girl of 17 years of age, had left her house on 25/4/2022, but she did not return. It was revealed that some Soniya had enticed her away.
