MUBARIK Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Mubarik is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No. 386 of 2023, under Sec. 376, 384 and 506 IPC, Police Station Patelnagar, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 28/3/2023, between 11:00 and 12:00 in the morning, the co-accused Sohail established physical relation with the victim of which a video was made by the applicant and the co-accused. Subsequently, the applicant and the co-accused also under the threat, established physical relations with the victim.
