JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . Siddhartha Singh, Advocate, present for the revisionist.

(2.) MR . Sharad Sharma, Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Jatinder Kumar Sethi, Advocate with Mr. Ajay Singh Bisht, Advocate, present for the respondents.

(3.) THIS is a defendant's revision. A suit was filed by the plaintiffs in the year 1990 being Original Suit No. 959/1990 (Shri Kewal Sanon Vs. Rani Sumitra Raje and another), which is presently pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun. In the said suit, defendants also filed a counter -claim which was initially rejected against which the defendants have filed a Civil Revision before the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court, in which the following order was passed: - "Shri Viresh Mishra who appears for the plaintiff -opposite party prays for and is granted time till 5.7.93 to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List this revision for admission in the week commencing .August, 1993. In the meantime till 31st. August, 1993 further proceedings in Suit no.959 of 1990 pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Dehradun shall remain stayed.
