(3.) THIS is a landlord's writ petition which was filed in the year 2012. The respondent's defendants in spite of service have not put in appearance. The office report dated 07.11.2012 shows that, "Notices were issued to respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 through RLAD, the service report of which is as under Resp 2, 3, 4 and 5: - Neither undelivered envelops are returned nor anyone has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents."
