(1.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) By the present writ petitions the petitioners have prayed for a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.4.1985 passed by the District Judge, Saharanpur.

(3.) The facts giving rise to the present writ petitions are similar, hence all the writ petitions are being decided by a common order.
