(2.) THIS bail application has been moved on behalf of Narendra Kumar Verma who is in jail in connection with crime No. 166 of 2004 under Section 306 of I.P.C. registered at P.S. Ranipur. District Haridwar.

(3.) THOUGH the applicant is named in the suicide note but there appears no immediate provocation on the part of the applicant.
