JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Bail Application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Case Crime No.49 of 2023, registered at police station I.T.I., District Udham Singh Nagar under Sec. 379 and Sec. 411 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(2.) As per allegations of the First Information Report, on 27/2/2023, two unknown persons stole Rs.41,500.00(Rupees forty one thousand five hundred) from the informant.

(3.) During the investigation, the said stolen Rs.41,500.00were recovered from the possession of the present applicant and co-accused.
