JUDGEMENT

(1.) The challenge in this petition is made to the FIR No. 374 of 2022, under Ss. 308 and 504 IPC, Police Station Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the file.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 19/12/2022 at 7:30 p.m., the petitioner along with co-accused assaulted the informant with danda. The informant was hit on his head, due to which, he fell down and became unconscious.
