SAJID Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Sajid @ Kuttar is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No. 890 of 2021, under Ss. 307, 323, 452, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Laksar, District- Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 20/11/2021 at 01:00 in the noon the co-accused armed with deadly weapons entered in the house of informant and attacked him. A fired arm was also used due to which the informant got injured.
