JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Dilnawaz is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.481 of 2023, under Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471, 473 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Jawalapur, District Haridwar. He seeks short term bail on the ground of his brother's and sister's marriage.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the brother of the applicant is to marry on 28/12/2023 and the sister of the applicant is to marry on 30/12/2023. The applicant, being brother, proposes to join the marriages of his siblings. Therefore, short term bail may be granted
