JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Bail Application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with the First Information Report No.134 of 2023, registered at Police Station Doiwala, District Dehradun for the offence under Sec. 8 read with Sec. 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short, 'Act, 1985').

(2.) As per the allegations of the First Information Report, 10.50 grams of smack was recovered from the possession of the present applicant.

(3.) Heard Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for applicant and Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, learned AGA with Mr. P.S. Uniyal and Ms. Shivali Joshi, learned Brief Holders for the State.
