(1.) The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 339 of 2023, under Sec. 406 IPC, Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun.

(2.) During the course of hearing, a Compounding Application No.2 of 2023 has been filed by petitioner and the respondent no.3 the informant along with their affidavits.
