JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Bail Application has been filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail in connection with the First Information Report No. 34 of 2023, registered with Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar for the offence under Ses. 8/21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the Act, 1985').

(2.) Heard Mr. Vikas Kumar Guglani, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Manisha Rana Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

(3.) According to the present matter, on 14/1/2023, 10.45 Gram smack was recovered from the personal search of the present applicant-accused.
