JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 309 of 2023, under Ss. 307 IPC, Police Station Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 18/7/2023, when the informant was riding on a scooty along with Harjinder, a car hit on them from behind. The co-accused Taranveer Singh started assaulting the informant and thereafter, some other persons assaulted them. Due to which, the informant jumped from the road to conceal his presence, but he was fired, but somehow he escaped.
