JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Shivraj Singh is in judicial custody in FIR No.28 of 2022, under Ss. 8, 20 and 60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Lamgara, District Almora. He seeks short term bail on the ground of death of his father.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the father of the applicant died on 22/9/2023. For post death rituals, the applicant seeks short term bail.
