JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Mamta Sharma is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.05 of 2023, under Sec. 306 IPC, Police Station Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar. She has sought short term bail on the ground of death of his son.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) It is the case of the applicant that her son, who was co-accused, Aman Sharma, died on 27/6/2023; she wants to join her family in the post death rituals.
