JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with an innocuous prayer to direct Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun to decide the Original Suit No.1138 of 2021, "Smt. Sarita Joshi vs. Anil Joshi", pending under Sec. 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, expeditiously.

(2.) Heard Ms. Divya Jain, learned counsel with Ms. Abhilasha Tomar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) In the facts and circumstances of this case, the present Writ Petition is being disposed of by directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun to expedite the said Original Suit and decide the same most expeditiously as possible without grating any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
