SUSHIL GUJJAR Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Application has been filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in connection with the Case Crime No. 91 of 2023, registered at police station SIDCUL, District Haridwar.

(2.) Applicant is in judicial custody under Ss. 386, 506, 380, 427 and Sec. 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(3.) The First Information Report was registered against the present applicant along with co-accused persons on the written information of the informant-Ravi Kant Malik. After conclusion of the investigation, charge-sheet was filed. Informant-Ravi Kant Malik (PW1) has been examined.
