SHAHADAT ALI Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since both the bail applications arise from the same FIR, they are heard together and are being decided by this common order.

(2.) Applicants Shahadat Ali and Nipendra Kumar are in judicial custody in FIR No.08 of 2023, under Ss. 364-A, 302, 201 and 34 IPC, Police Station Bahadarabad, District- Haridwar. They have sought their release on bail.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
