JUDGEMENT

(1.) After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to prefer an appeal before the Tribunal, along with an application under Sec. 14 of the Limitation Act, against the impugned Award.

(2.) Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

(3.) We, however, make it clear that we have not examined the merit of the present appeal.
