JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Bail Application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with the First Information Report No.52 of 2023, registered at police station Raiwala, District Dehradun under Sec. 8 read with Sec. 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short, 'Act, 1985').

(2.) According to the First Information Report, 31.50 grams of smack was recovered from the personal search of the applicant.

(3.) Heard Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. V.S. Rathore, learned AGA with Ms. Sangeeta Bharadwaj, learned Brief Holder for the State.
