(1.) Applicant Jitendra Nand Kishor Bhakhda is in judicial custody in FIR No.0354 of 2022, under Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Nehru Colony, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that this bail application may be treated as a short term bail application.
