LAKSHMI Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Lakshmi Alias Lichchhma is in judicial custody in FIR No.673 of 2023, under Sec. 379 and 411 IPC , Police Station- Kotwali Haridwar, District-Haridwar. She has sought her release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) According to the FIR, on 1/10/2023, when the family of the informant was travelling in an auto-rickshaw, their bag, containing jewellery, was stolen. Record reveals that all the articles were recovered 20 days after the date of incident.
