SHAUKEEN Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on the Short Term Bail Application (IA No.04 of 2023).

(2.) Applicant-Shaukeen alias Khaddar is in judicial custody under Sec. 8/22/60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in connection with the Case Crime No.333 of 2022, registered at police station Kotwali Jawalapur, District Haridwar.

(3.) Mr. Bilal Ahmed, Advocate, submits that the applicant is suffering from Gangrene and other various diseases. He further submits that the applicant will be admitted to AIIMS, Rishikesh for his treatment. He has sought two months period for Short Term Bail.
