MEER ALAM Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Bail Application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with the Case Crime No. 289 of 2023, registered at Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar.

(2.) As per the First Information Report, on 19/4/2023 at around 10:15 a.m., Rs.40,000.00, keys of locker, four tola gold and one mobile were stolen by unknown person. First Information Report was registered under Sec. 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. During the investigation, some jewellery were recovered from the possession of the present applicant on 21/4/2023. Applicant is in judicial custody for the offence under Sec. 380 and Sec. 411 IPC.
