ARJUN SACHDEVA Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Arjun Sachdeva, who is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.670 of 2022 under Ss. 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 326, 341, 427, 504 and 506 of IPC, Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun, has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on file.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant/accused is an innocent person; that, he has not been named in the F.I.R.; that, he has falsely been implicated in the instant crime; that, he is languishing in jail since 30/3/2023; that, no specific role has been assigned to the applicant/accused; that, the co-accused Sakib Javed and Jitender @ Jittu have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dtd. 4/5/2023 and 14/6/2023 respectively and the present applicant/accused is also entitled to be released on bail on the basis of parity.
