MANOJ CHAUHAN Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Manoj Chauhan is in judicial custody in FIR No. 195 of 2022, under Sec. 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 341, 504 and 506 IPC and Sec. 3/25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Transit Camp, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought short term bail on the ground of his illness.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has to undergo the surgical procedure of his ear.
