(1.) Applicant Abhishek Sharma is in judicial custody in FIR No. 37 of 2022 under Ss. 307, 324, 326 and 34 IPC, P.S. Mussoorie, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) It is submitted that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail; the applicant is not a previous convict.
