JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Bail Application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with the First Information Report No.75 of 2023, registered at Police Station Lalkuan, District Nainital for the offence under Sec. 8 read with Sec. 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short, 'Act', 1985).

(2.) As per the First Information Report, 16.3 grams of smack was recovered from the possession of the present applicant.

(3.) Heard Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. V.S. Rathore, learned A.G.A. for the State.
