MOHASIN Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Mohasin, who is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.15 of 2023, under Ss. 395, 397 and 34 of IPC, Police Station SIDCUL, District Haridwar, has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on file.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant crime; that, no specific role has been assigned to the applicant; that, the co-accused Amjad has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dtd. 16/5/2023 and the applicant/accused is also entitled to be released on bail on the basis of parity.
