JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant-Rohit Chauhan is in judicial custody under Sec. 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sec. 3 read with Sec. 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in connection with the Case Crime No.17 of 2022, registered at police station Chakrata, District Dehradun.

(2.) The present Short Term Bail Application has been filed on the ground that the marriage of the applicant's cousin sister is scheduled to take place on 6/11/2023.

(3.) Mrs. Manisha Rana Singh, learned A.G.A., submits on instruction that the said submission has been verified by the Investigating Officer.
