JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present Application for regular bail under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed in respect of First Information Report No.02 of 2023, registered at police station Retha Sahab, District Champawat. Applicant is in judicial custody under Ss. 354D, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sec. 11 (iv) read with Sec. 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sec. 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

(2.) FIR was registered on 21/1/2023 against the applicant.
