WASEEM Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant-Waseem @ Pur is in judicial custody in FIR No.33 of 2023, under Ss. 3, 5 & 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail. Accordingly, the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.
