KUNAL Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Kunal alias Badal is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No. 0159 of 2020, under Sec. 376 (2) (n), 376 (3), 452, 506 IPC and Sec. 5 (1)/6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Khanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought short term bail on the ground of marriage of his sister on 21/2/2023.

(2.) It is argued that the applicant is the only brother of his sister and his sister's marriage is scheduled for 21/2/2023.

(3.) Learned State counsel, under instructions would confirm the marriage of the sister of the applicant on 21/2/2023.
