(1.) Heard on the Short Term Bail Application (IA No.03 of 2023).

(2.) Applicant- accused Manish Kandari is in judicial custody under Ss. 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sec. 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in connection with the Case Crime No.08 of 2023, registered at police station Karnprayag, District Chamoli.

(3.) Present Short Term Bail Application has been filed on the ground that the date of marriage of the applicant is fixed on 30/10/2023. A marriage card has been filed.
