(1.) Applicant Aamir is in judicial custody in F.I.R. No. 406 of 2021, under Ss. 389, 364-A, 34 of I.P.C., Police Station Piran Kaliyar, District - Haridwar.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) It is argued that the co-accused has already been granted bail. The role assigned to the present applicant is also similar and the applicant has no previous criminal history.
