JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is delay condonation application no. 1444 of 2012 for condonation of delay in filing the appeal against the judgment and order dated 13.7.2012 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/4th Fast Track Court, Dehradun, in Sessions Trial No. 179 of 2010.

(2.) There is a delay of 41 days in filing the appeal, which is sufficiently explained in the affidavit filed with the delay condonation application.

(3.) Delay condonation application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
