JUDGEMENT

(1.) According to the petitioner, he made a complaint to District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar regarding corruption and siphoning of public money by Municipal Authorities, on which a inquiry committee was constituted vide order dtd. 15/3/2021. Grievance of the petitioner is that no progress is made in the inquiry ordered by District Magistrate.

(2.) By means of this Writ Petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-

(3.) Having regard to facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the considered opinion that ends of justice would be met if the District Magistrate is directed to take necessary steps for expediting the inquiry.
