JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to quash the impugned First Information Report No.613 of 2021, registered with Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar for the offence under Ss. 341, 323, 504s, 506 of I.P.C.

(2.) The informant-Gurjeet Singh, the respondent no.4 along with private respondent nos.5 and 6, namely Anshdeep Singh alias Anshbaba and Julfkar Ali are present in-person before the Court. They are identified by Mr. Shailabh Pandey, Advocate.

(3.) All the petitioners namely, Devendra Singh alias Golu, Hardeep Singh alias Mantri, Bhupendra Singh and Pratak Singh are present in-person before this Court. They are identified by Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, Advocate.
